We encourage chiropractic, osteopathic and medical school students to attend the ten courses and meet all the requirements of the Certificate in Motor Vehicle Injuries by the end of their first year in practice. If registered prior to graduation these students may register for all ten core course for $1,500

for Motor Vehicle Injuries (15 hrs.): This class focuses on what doctors need to document as well

Testing Fees

Certificate Fee

The testing fee for the Certificate in Motor Vehicle Injuries (CAAMVI) is $300. The fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a later testing date. Payment must be made with a completed application.

Diploma Fee

The testing fee for the Diploma in Motor Vehicle Injuries (DAAMVI) is $900. The fee is non-refundable and because of the nature of the testing, if there is a need to reschedule the testing there will be an additional $200 fee. Payment must be made with a completed application.

Re-certification Fees

The fee for re certification of either the certificate or diploma is $350. Re-certification must be completed every five years and the application must include completion of a minimum of 60 hours of relevant, approved course work in that five year period.
